Support Coordinators are some of the busiest professionals we know and, at Careseekers, we strive to work with Support Coordinators to make their lives easier and to achieve the best outcomes for their participants. This is why we offer Support Coordinators using the Careseekers platform the option to either manage the process of finding workers and connecting them to participants themselves or to use the CS Concierge Service.

The CS Concierge Service allows busy Support Coordinators to hand over the process of finding and shortlisting great support workers for their participants. Our dedicated and experienced team will find suitable workers to match the needs and requirements of participants and will provide a shortlist of available, matched workers to Support Coordinators for their review. Our team can then arrange meet and greets to ensure a great match between participant and support worker.
