Careseekers is now offering Support Coordination.

Over the years we have worked with many support coordinators externally, and seen the value they add to your lives. At Careseekers we are excited to be able to offer inhouse support coordination. We believe that understanding your NDIS plan and putting in place the right mix of supports is critical to you achieving your goals.

We will support you to build capacity to:

● Understand your NDIS plan
● Design supports around meeting your goals
● Connect with services that are right for you
● Create a budget with your NDIS funds
● Build action plans for any crisis situations
● Prepare for your plan reviews

We will do this by listening and learning what is important to you. By communicating openly and often lines and keeping you up to date on your NDIS spending.

We take our responsibility as your support coordinator seriously.

We want to build a good relationship with you so that you can get the most out of your NDIS plan and achieve your goals.

Who are our support coordinators?

Meet Ethan

Ethan has worked in the healthcare industry for a number of years. He is one of our amazing account managers, his specialty is supporting agency managed NDIS clients who he works hard to find the best support workers for. He has completed the DSC Support Coordination course and cannot wait to get started helping clients with all aspects of their NDIS funding.

“Being an account manager and helping match participants with support workers has been such a rewarding experience, especially when the matches have resulted in such positive outcomes. I want to use my experience and knowledge to help participants better understand the NDIS and their packages, so that they're given all the tools to make independent choices that will fully utilise their plans and help them achieve their goals.”
