How To Navigate A Meet & Greet

Many users ( clients and care workers) like to have a meet and greet before agreeing to engage a client or worker. There are many benefits to a meet and greet. It's a great way to make sure there is a good rapport between the client and the care worker and to talk in person about the role and what it entails.

Payment may be required for a meet and greet. It is important that this is established before the meet and greet occurs to ensure there is no misunderstanding on the day.

Here are some tips for both care and support workers and clients to make the Meet and Greet be as helpful as possible.
