What the Careseekers fee of 9% provides you with
It can be difficult to understand why we charge a fee on our platform and why a portion of your hard earned money should be deducted when you carry out services. We wanted to provide some details about what why this fee is charged and where the money goes.
Insurance
All care and support workers on the Careseekers platform are covered by the Careseekers Insurance Policy. The aim of this insurance is to provide peace of mind to care workers as they work. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, the policiy provides care workers with insurance cover for their legal liability to third parties for party property damage caused by care workers and/or personal injury claims brought against them whilst they are performing a care role being paid through CarePay. We also have in place personal accident insurance cover. In the unfortunate circumstances you are injured while working for a client engaged through the Careseekers platform, we have you covered. Administration
All care and support workers on the Careseekers platform are provided with administration assistance in a variety of ways. Our platform allows ease of correspondence with clients, invoicing and tracking of your hours - a business hub for your small business. Our team check all references and police checks and provide onboarding.
Follow up and advocacy is also provided by our office team. Our accounts team will pursue unpaid invoices, send your profile to providers and actively champion you for suitable roles.
Advertising & Marketing
Did you know our inhouse marketing team are always looking for ways to promote you? Care and support workers on our platform are promoted through many marketing mediums including newsletters, social media advertising, print advertising and blogs.
Access To Jobs
Most importantly, you have access to jobs on the Careseekers platform. We want you to have meaningful employment that makes a difference in the lives of our community members. Our team is actively recruiting clients to add to our job boards at all times.
