Careseekers new website launched

At Careseekers we believe in using technology to enhance lives. Already our online platform has empowered individuals and families needing in-home care to connect with care workers with fantastic results.

We have spent the last year listening to our care workers and Careseekers and are launching a new website today with lots of new features!

What's new:

  1. CarePay - we now have an online payment system so that care workers can log their hours and submit timesheets and users can pay care workers directly using credit/debit cards. It allows you to track hours worked and keep records for government funding. You can also have your invoices paid directly by providers or insurers.
  2. More detailed care worker profiles - see a care workers entire employment history, qualifications and background checks for more efficient hiring.
  3. More search options - we have introduced additional search filters, which means users can search by criteria like "languages spoken". We have also introduced a keyword search, which will allow users to describe their perfect care worker e.g. quiet, friendly, compassionate, for an even better match. You can also invite care workers to apply for your jobs to increase the chance of making that perfect fit.

We still have our popular concierge service for people looking for long term live-in or care arrangements or those who are not tech savvy enough to find care workers online (yet!).

To celebrate the launch of our new website for a limited time you can post a job and contact care workers for free! So if you are looking for extra care workers or support workers post a job today.
